All-Inclusive for a Hassle-Free Getaway
At Idelive, we understand that modern life requires flexibility and convenience. That is why we offer an accommodation service that includes:
To reserve the stay, a payment of €300 is required, consisting of a €200 deposit, which will be refunded upon departure, and a €100 Welcome Pack & Set-up fee. This includes initial preparation of your stay (cleaning and setup), delivery of a welcome kit (tote bag, notebook, pen, and house rules – subject to availability), and activation of access.
The deposit refund process will be completed within a maximum of 60 business days after the contract end date. This timeframe is necessary for our team to verify that:
It is essential that you have returned the keys to the room and that it is in good condition. Once these checks have been completed, the deposit will be processed for refund.
Arrivals and key collection will take place on the start date of your contract from 15:00 onwards, or Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 18:00 at our office in Carrer Mallorca 221, 2º 2ª. We are located in the Eixample district, next to the Diagonal metro station (L5, L3).
No. The stay is temporary and non-residential, it has a defined duration of 11 months, with a specific start date and an automatically calculated end date. It does not contemplate extensions or renewals and the accommodation cannot be used as a habitual residence or as a fiscal, social, administrative, or labor address.
As of January 1, 2026, and as a result of the entry into force of new regional regulations governing seasonal rentals and room rentals in Catalonia, accommodations such as the one you occupy cannot be used as a residence for registration purposes.
The new regulations expressly state that, in municipalities with high residential demand—such as Barcelona—the predominant use of properties must be as a habitual and permanent residence, with seasonal rentals strictly limited to temporary and non-residential stays, for a specific and limited purpose (leisure, recreation, tourism, or personal experiences).
Registration implies, legally and administratively, the declaration of habitual residence, which is incompatible with the nature of the contract you have signed and with the legal regime applicable to this type of accommodation since the application of the new regulation. Allowing or processing registration in this context would distort the declared use of the accommodation and place both the guest and the operator in a situation of regulatory non-compliance.
For this reason, and in strict compliance with current legislation and the instructions of the competent authorities, it is not possible to authorize or facilitate registration at the accommodation from January 1, 2026, regardless of the length of stay or actual cohabitation during the contracted period.
This limitation does not affect the legitimate use of the accommodation in accordance with its temporary purpose, nor the services associated with the stay, but it is a direct consequence of the new legal framework that regulates and supervises this type of contract to prevent it from being assimilated into a habitual residence.
All assignment contracts for our accommodations at Idelive offer a minimum stay of 32 nights and a maximum stay of 11 months.
Yes, you can have visitors in the flat during the day (09:00h to 22:00h). You will always be responsible for the behavior of your visitors and any damages they may cause. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight for the safety of the other tenants (this will generate a penalty of 100 € per night). Neither guests nor visitors are allowed to sleep in the common areas.

Idelive is a fully inclusive environment. In all of our accommodations you will find young people, generally between 20 and 35 years old, from all over the world and with a very similar profile to yours. If you would like more specific information about who your companions will be, do not hesitate to ask our Booking Manager at any time and he will provide you with non-confidential information so that you can have an idea of who your next companions will be during your stay in the accommodation.
All we will need from you is a detailed explanation of the problem and photos that best identify the issue, submitting the request through our incident resolution tool. This will help us better identify the type of issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. If you have any doubts about how to do this, one of our managers will assist you with the process.
Each and every guest is responsible for keeping the spaces tidy, although we are sure that you will cooperate by taking out the trash every day, cleaning the dishes you have used, keeping your stay very clean, and keeping all common areas clean and tidy after use; there is a bi-monthly cleaning service for the common areas included in the monthly rent price. In case you need it, we have additional cleaning services available for your stay, just ask us.
Of course there is! Although you can always be in contact with our team by email or telephone, and you will have a personal Ideliver Manager who will attend to all your needs, we have a very nice office in Barcelona, Carrer Mallorca 221, 2º 2ª, in the Eixample, where you will always be welcome from Monday to Friday by appointment!
Sharing accommodation with any other person is strictly prohibited. The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the registered guest. Staying with partners, friends, colleagues, or family members is not permitted, and overnight stays or visits by third parties are not allowed without prior authorization from management. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate cancellation of the stay and the application of the corresponding measures in accordance with the accommodation’s terms and conditions.
