All-Inclusive for a Hassle-Free Life

At Idelive, we understand that modern life requires flexibility and convenience. That’s why we offer an accommodation service that includes:

• High-speed WiFi to keep you always connected.
• Regular cleaning to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
• Laundry facilities within the coliving for daily convenience.
• Social and legal assistance, as well as a maintenance department available 24/7 to quickly resolve any issues.

To reserve the room, a payment of €300 is required, consisting of a €200 deposit which will be refunded after you leave the room, and €100 for contract fees. There are NO other agency fees as we are the direct owners.

The deposit refund process takes a maximum of 60 business days after the contract end date. This time is necessary for our team to verify that:

• There is no damage to the room or apartment.
• All contractual rules have been followed during your stay.
• There are no excesses in monthly utility consumption, which is checked using invoices from the utility providers (Water, Electricity, and Gas).

It is essential that you have returned the keys to your room and that it is in good condition. Once these checks have been completed, the deposit will be processed for refund.

Check-ins and key handovers will take place on the start date of your contract from 3:00 PM onwards, or Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM at our office located at Carrer Mallorca 221, 2º 2ª. We are in the Eixample district, next to the Diagonal metro station (L5, L3).

• Arrivals between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and on weekends have an extra cost of €30.
• The room must be vacated before 11:00 AM on the contract end date. A late check-out incurs an additional charge of €30 per hour.
• All our colivers have an active daily life at Idelive accommodation, so we cannot receive you if you arrive later than 9:00 PM.

The registration process is an essential step to obtain your TIE (Foreigner Identity Card). We offer a management and support service to help you complete your registration, and there are two options available:

1. If you have been with us for more than 6 months, the standard contract we provide for a minimum stay of one month is sufficient and completely free of charge. All you need to do is choose the authorization at the office. You will need to book an appointment to collect the documents.

All rental contracts for our Idelive apartments offer a minimum stay of 32 nights and a maximum stay of 6 months. You can always extend your rental contract if you wish to continue enjoying an amazing living experience. The contract renewal fee is €50.

Yes, you can have visitors in the apartment during the day (09:00 to 22:00). You will always be responsible for your visitors’ behavior and for any damage they may cause. Overnight stays are not allowed for visitors for the safety of other tenants (this will result in a €100 penalty per night). Sleeping in common areas is not allowed for either guests or tenants.

Idelive is a fully inclusive environment. In all our accommodations, you will find students and young professionals, generally between 20 and 35 years old, from all over the world and with a profile very similar to yours. If you want more specific information about who your Coliving roommates will be, feel free to ask our Reservations Manager at any time, and they will provide you with non-confidential information so you can get an idea of who your future coliving companions will be.

Of course, you can change rooms or apartments as many times as you want to any of our Colivings 🙂. The management fee for the new contract and service is €50 and will always depend on room availability.

All we will need from you is a detailed explanation of the problem and photos that best identify the issue, submitting the request through our incident resolution tool. This will help us better identify the type of issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. If you have any doubts about how to do this, one of our managers will assist you with the process.

Each and every tenant is responsible for keeping the spaces tidy. While we are sure you will help by taking out the trash daily, washing any dishes you use, keeping your room very clean, and maintaining all common areas clean and orderly after use, there is a bi-monthly cleaning service for the common areas included in the monthly rent. If you need it, we also offer additional cleaning services for your room—just ask us.
