Idelive is your home, your workplace and the best place to share the experience of living in the city with flatmates from all over the world. A fully furnished private room, shared spaces to enjoy a unique
experience, weekly cleanings, everything you need to do your laundry comfortably, all the cleaning and hygiene products you need for your daily life, access to a large and diverse community with
members from all over the world and of course, cultural activities and events.
Throughout your stay you will enjoy the attention of your Coliving Manager, who will become your personal guide, help you with any problems you may have and make your experience unforgettable.
The one-off rental price includes:

• 24/7 emergency telephone
• Unlimited use of WiFi internet
• 40 €/month for utilities (water, electricity and gas)
• Community fees and taxes
• Free laundry service in the flat
• Bi-monthly cleaning service of communal areas
• Weekly supply of household and cleaning products (toilet paper, detergent, etc).
• Maintenance service
• Clean bed linen and towels on arrival
• Personal assistance from our Coliving Manager
• Access to the Idelive community

To confirm your booking you need to pay a security deposit of 200€ + 100€ contract management fee.
This deposit will be returned to you 30 working days after the end date of your contract once our team has checked that there is no damage to the room or the flat, that all the contractual rules have been
complied with during your stay and that there are no excesses in the monthly utilities consumption.
– Please note that the security deposit will never cover one month’s rent.
– On the starting day of your contract, in the event that you fail to check in and we do not receive any notification during the 30 days prior to your arrival date, the security deposit will be returned to you.
– prior to your arrival date, the company reserves the right to cancel your booking without refunding the deposit.

– Arrivals and key handover will take place from Monday to Friday from 09.30h to 18.00h at our office in Carrer Mallorca 221, 2º 2ª. We are located in the Eixample district, next to Diagonal metro station
(L5, L3).
– Arrivals between 08.00h and 09.00h , between 19.00h and 21.00h and arrivals during the weekend have an extra cost of 50 €.
– On the day of the end of the contract the room must be vacated before 11.00h. In case you need to leave the room later, please contact us.
– All our colivers have a daily life in Idelive housing and that is why we will not be able to welcome you if you arrive later than 21.00h, as we consider that it is a relaxing time for all our members.
– Can I register at Coliving?
The registration process is an essential step in order to obtain your TIE identity card. We offer a service of management and accompaniment so that you can register, for this there are two options:
1- If you have been in Barcelona for more than 6 months and can prove it, the standard contract we make for a minimum stay of one month is sufficient and totally free of charge. All you have to do is pick
up the authorisation at the office. You will have to make an appointment to collect the documents.
2- If you are new to the city, we offer an additional service of register management, in which we draw up the necessary annexes and authorisations, depending on your case, so that you can be registered.
This service has a cost of 45€.

– All rental contracts for our Idelive flats offer a minimum stay of 32 nights and a maximum stay of 6 months. You can always extend your rental contract if you wish to continue enjoying an amazing living experience.

Yes, you can have visitors in the flat during the day (09:00h to 22.00h). You will always be responsible for the behaviour of your visitors and any damage they may cause.

Although we love animals, it is not possible ☹.

Idelive is a fully inclusive environment. In all our housing you will find students and young professionals, generally between 20 and 35 years old, from all over the world and with a profile very similar to
yours.
If you would like more specific information about who your fellow Colivers will be, feel free to ask our Bookings Manager at any time and he will provide you with non-confidential information so that you
can get an idea of who your next roommates will be.

Of course, you can change your room or flat as many times as you want to any of our Colivings 🙂
The fee for changing rooms is 50€ and will always depend on the availability of the room.

The only thing we will need from you is a detailed explanation of what the issue is and pictures identifying the issue as best as possible, channelling the request through our incident resolution tool. This
will help us to better identify the type of incident and solve it as soon as possible. If you have any doubts about how to do it, one of our managers will accompany you in the management.

Although we are sure that you will collaborate by taking out the rubbish every day, clean the dishes you have used, keep your room very clean and keep all the common areas clean and tidy after use,
there is a bimonthly cleaning service of the common areas included in the monthly rental price. In case you need it, we have additional cleaning services for your room, just ask us.

Of course there is! Although you can always be in contact with our team by email or phone, and you will have a personal Coliving Manager who will attend to all your needs, we have a very nice office in
Barcelona, Carrer Mallorca 221, 2º 2ª , in the Eixample district, where you will always be welcome!
