We offer temporary serviced urban stays exclusively for recreational, holiday or leisure purposes, ranging from 32 days to 11 months, under lease agreements for uses other than permanent residential housing (Article 3.2 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU) and Catalonia Law 18/2007, as amended by Law 11/2025). Our accommodations are not intended to meet permanent housing needs, do not allow professional, academic or medical uses, and may not be used as a permanent address or for municipal registration purposes. The rental registration number is available for each accommodation.
