Cancellations of confirmed bookings (200 € deposit + 100 € contractual fee) are non-refundable.

Contract changes and cancellations

The use contract may be terminated without penalty after a minimum 32-day stay, with 30-day prior notice before month end via link.idelive.com/checkout. The room must be vacated clean and with keys returned; the deposit will be reviewed and then refunded.

The lease renews automatically every six months unless written notice is given 30 days in advance via link.idelive.com/checkout. Each renewal carries a €50 management fee.

Room change is possible subject to availability, with a one-time fee of €50, effective after payment and signing of the new contract.
